Molchanovs Wave 3
Take a deep breath, relax deeper because we are going deep! Wave 3 is where you learn the most advanced freediving techniques and knowledge that will take you safely to a depth between 34 to 40 meters. You will be introduced to the mouthfill equalization technique, learn to prepare your body to the new depths with FRC dives, mental techniques and further dry exercises. We will extend your breathhold time and refine your dynamic techniques in the pool. Wave 3 enables you to act as an assistant instructor and is the last step towards joining a Molchanovs Instructor course upon successful completion!
