Molchanovs Wave 2
Now that you are familiar with the basics and experienced with the sensations of pressure and breath-holding, we are going to take things a little deeper while refining your equalization and freediving skills. You will learn to use negative buoyancy and freefall to optimize oxygen and energy consumption and take your no fins skills to the vertical axis. In Wave 2, you will master the skills and knowledge to comfortably dive to a depth between 24-30 meters and continue to train with Base Training 2.
