W2I Teaching Requirements
Pass the entry exam & final exam
Lead a warmup session
Pass 2 classroom presentations

W2I Performance Requirements
STA - Complete a static breath hold of minimum 4'00".
DYNB - Complete a 100 meter horizontal swim with bifins.
DNF - Complete a 60 meter horizontal swim without fins.
CWTB - Dive to minimum 40 meters with bifins.
FIM - Dive to minimum 40 meters by pulling the rope.
CNF - Dive to 30 meters without fins.
Rescue a freediver from a depth of 25 meters.
Surface tow a freediver for a distance of 50 meters.
1 minute stand by rescue from 15 meters.
CO2 dive to 20 meters with bifins.
Upgrade to Molchanovs
Wave 3 & Lap 3 Instructor
Become a Molchanovs Wave 3 instructor and bring your teaching experience to the next level by training master freedivers and certifying them as Lap & Wave 3 students! You will be eligible for Wave 4 Competitive Freediving Instructor course and a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer candidate!

An active Wave 2 certification or equivalent

1 year of experience as a Wave 2 Instructor

50 certified students (min. 10 x Wave 1 and 10 x Wave 2). Certifications from other agencies count as 50%.
